Here in the studio we love our aperitivo! Naturally, we were inspired to shoot our favourite after-work cocktail, the Aperol Spritz. Stop by for a visit and we’ll mix up a batch!

Aperol Spritz

Serves 1

3 parts prosecco

2 parts aperol

1 part soda

Pour prosecco, aperol and soda into a large tumbler or wine glass. Fill with ice and garnish with a slice of orange or cocktail olive.
